Privacy Policy

Who we are

Wisp is a task-capture app built for neurodivergent adults, operated by Luis Alirio Otalora Aldana from the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you create a Wisp account: your email address, the tasks you write and their content, your plan status (free or Pro), and basic usage data (like which features you use and when) so the app works and so we can improve it.

If you use "Clarify with AI" in the Inbox, the text of that specific note is sent to our AI provider to generate a suggestion. We don't store that text long-term — internally we only keep a one-way hash of it (not the readable content) to monitor cost and reliability, never to read what you wrote.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. A short list of services process it on our behalf, only to run the app:

• Supabase — our database and account/login system.

• Anthropic — processes the text of a note only when you tap "Clarify with AI."

• Vercel — hosts the app.

• Resend — sends you the login code and account emails.

• Stripe — will process payments once Wisp Pro is purchasable (not yet active). We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies and tracking

Wisp does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you logged in — it's required for the app to work and isn't used to track you elsewhere.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Account → Delete my account. That removes your tasks and profile immediately.

You can also reach us anytime to ask what data we have about you, correct it, or request deletion by email.

Who can use Wisp

Wisp is intended for adults 18 and older.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll email active account holders before it takes effect.
