Refunds — the Never Trapped Guarantee

Once Wisp is live, your trial gives you 14 days to try it — completely free, no card required. If you decide to continue, you'll be charged for the plan you picked.

From your first charge, you have 30 days to change your mind. If Wisp isn't the calmest task app you've used, email wailer24@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

That 30-day window always runs longer than the 14-day trial, so there's never a moment where you've paid but have nothing left to return.

You can cancel your subscription anytime, in one tap, from inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges — it doesn't automatically refund a charge already made (that's what the guarantee above is for, within its 30-day window).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
