The service
Wisp is a task-capture and organization app. Creating an account is free: capture, "only this now," and quiet-reschedule stay free forever. Wisp Pro (sync across devices, recurring tasks, smart reminders, multiple lists) is a paid add-on — checkout isn't open yet, and we'll never charge you without a clear step where you agree to it first.
AI features — read this before you rely on a suggestion
The "Clarify with AI" feature uses artificial intelligence to suggest a clearer title or break a note into steps. AI-generated suggestions can be incorrect, incomplete, or miss the point of your note — you decide whether to use them, and you're responsible for reviewing them before you do.
This is organizational help, not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
Acceptable use
Wisp is for personal task management. Don't use it to store anything illegal, to abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, attempting to break the AI feature's guardrails), or to resell access.
No medical claims
Wisp is an organization tool, not a medical device or a treatment for ADHD or any other condition. It doesn't replace professional diagnosis, therapy, or medication.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules above, with notice by email where practical.
Limitation of liability
Wisp is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on an AI-generated suggestion or the loss of tasks you stored in it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the new date at the top of this page, and email active account holders about material changes.
